Year 2 have been exploring the artist Alice Fox and drawing natural objects in Art today.
It appears Goldilocks has been to Year 2! The children have looked up and written different adjectives to describe her character this week.

It’s been a busy day for Year 5 who also had their weekly cricket coaching.
The children are making excellent progress working on their cricket skills and having a deeper understanding of the game!
Year 5 have been learning how to grow more confident with their cycling through the @bikeabilityuk course.
Expert instructors led the riders onto quiet roads near our school to experience “real” cycling.
Year 3 and 4 end of year trip to Hollywood Bowl and the park 🎳 🌳 🤩
Year 2 have been learning to sew a running stitch and have made some fantastic pouches!
Year 2 have been watching the butterfly life cycle live in their classroom 1. Caterpillar stage 2. Caterpillar stage 3. Caterpillar shedding its exoskeleton as it grows 4. Caterpillar going into the pupa stage 5. More pupa 6. Patiently waiting for the butterflies to emerge!
Year 1 have been having their Bike Balance training this week and they have really enjoyed it!

Year 5 have been learning about bridges in DT. They have been practising their measuring and sawing skills to construct their bridges!
Year 1 enjoyed their Art workshop about colour by Alison from the Magic Lantern company.
